In the future...

Villa Dal Pozzo d'Annone has grand projects in store for the near future. Among many is the founding of what will be called the Villa's Country Club: cottages, stables, old wash-houses and lodges, located in a section of the centuries-old park will be painstakingly restored and opened to friends and guests. A second swimming pool and gym will be built in the old greenhouses, which will become a part of what this very unique Country Club has to offer in the way of exclusive facilities; and let's not forget the lake, the main attraction with its beaches, the private ones for use by guests, and the possibility to moor your own boat in an area specially set up along the lake, and much more. The rest will come in due time.

History

Among the villas that one can catch a glimpse of, Villa Dal Pozzo is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and prestigious of those situated along the attractive and well-known Piedmont side. Now more than ever, its Victorian Age atmosphere remains intact. The furnishings, with pieces of furniture and paintings of great historical value dating back to the 15th and up to the 19th century, make it a Villa that is still very unique today, and above all has an abundance of charm.
Villa Dal Pozzo is now open in part to a restricted number of guests who can enjoy the atmosphere that this unique Villa offers to those who lodge there.

Given as a wedding gift in 1827 to Princess Luisa Dal Pozzo della Cisterna by her husband, Ferdinando Arborio, Duke of Sartirana and Marquis of Bremè, who chose it as his lake residence, it still belongs today to the family of the Marquis Dal Pozzo d'Annone who continue to preserve its true spirit.
