Nowadays, it is a luxurious period residence that, by wish of its owners who still reside there, is open within limits to a restricted number of guests, who may enjoy the exclusiveness that this type of accommodation provides and above all may enjoy its relaxing peace and quiet. Guests may choose among 6 suites with different configurations, all of which overlook scenic Lake Maggiore, offering an unforgettable view.

Villa Dal Pozzo is now open in part to a restricted number of guests who can enjoy the atmosphere that this unique Villa offers to those who lodge there.

Its geographical position and climate are without a doubt among the most favourable along the Piedmont side of Lake Maggiore. It is located just outside the town limits of the typical "village charmant" called Belgirate, driving along the old road to Sempione towards Stresa, which is very close and well known.

The "19th century Borgo" with its bistrot "Stendhal" are open all the year. The Villa is open from Easter to October.

Information for the clientele

Just recently opened to the public, the "Borgo Ottocentesco" is a fascinating complex of immense charm, situated within the parkland of Villa dal Pozzo. The old buildings once inhabited by fishermen and gardeners along with the laundry room, have been skillfully transformed into 12 rooms with stunning views over lake Maggiore.

The "Borgo Ottocentesco" also houses a welcoming Bistrot-Wine bar. Set in the complex's newly restored wine cellars, the "Stendhal" is the perfect place where to sample some of the characteristic dishes of the Piedmont region, not to mention the excellent cheeses and cold meats of the Ossolan valley.
